Shake the dust off those running shoes. Join us as we prepare for a 5k run. Sessions are held weekly on Wednesdays at Rushwood Park Wesleyan Church Fellowship Hall at 7:00 pm (1810 Old Farmer Rd, Asheboro, NC 27205) beginning April 3, 2013. Whether you want to walk or run....we'd love to have you join us!

at Memorial Park under the picnic shelter on the corner of Church and Armfield Streets in Downtown Asheboro
Start: 9:00 am Rain or Shine!
Refreshments: A variety of fresh fruit, snacks, and drinks will be available at the picnic shelter. Rest room facilities will be available.
Awards/Timing: Begins promptly at 10:00 am at the picnic shelter. Running clock located
at finish line for all runners to view. Only top three mans and females
will have their race times recorded for awards.
